Tokay Pinot Gris Quintessence de grains nobles 1989
Tokay pinot gris vintage 1989
To open a bottle of an old vintage kept patiently for several years in its cellar is always an event, full of doubts, as to the state of its cork and its conservation.
To surprise my niece, I opened a pinot gris tokay, quintessence of noble grains from her year of birth, namely 1989.
Good state of deterioration of the cap. Small deposit at the bottom of the bottle.
In the glass her dress is always limpid with a beautiful coppery color.
The nose develops aromas of quince paste, orange and saffron.
Seductive on the palate, sweet and velvety. Harmonious, despite a rather short finish.
Not a ride, a treat.
A rare, fascinating and very feminine wine.
